Because Alliance Verifier premium plans are digital services that activate immediately after purchase, refunds are only available in limited cases:
• A refund request is submitted within 14 days of the original
payment, and the premium features have not been accessed or used.
• The transaction was made in error or duplicated.
• The payment was unauthorized or fraudulent.
• A technical issue on our side prevented access to premium features
for more than 24 hours and could not be resolved by our support
team.
• The purchased plan did not match the features or description
advertised on our website.
You may request a refund within 14 days from the purchase date, provided the digital service has not been accessed or used.
Once premium access or usage begins, your right to withdraw or request a refund is waived.
After the 14-day period, all payments are considered final unless one of the qualifying cases above applies.
There is no automatic renewal for Alliance Verifier premium plans.
Your subscription will NOT renew after its billing cycle ends. You may repurchase at any time to continue the service.
If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact our support team through the official support server and include the following:
• Order or transaction ID
• The email used for the purchase
• A brief explanation of your request and any relevant evidence
(screenshots, receipts, etc.)
Our team will review your case within 5–7 business days and respond with the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–14 business days.
